How often will I receive the report? Can I switch to print or email reports?
Different customers will receive reports at different frequencies and in different mediums. Some receive only print reports, some receive only email reports, and some receive both. In general, customers will receive up to 4 printed reports and/or up to 8 email reports throughout the year.
Unfortunately, at this time you cannot select the frequency or type of report (i.e., email or print) that you receive. This is because customers have been given different report types, at different schedules, so that we can test and evaluate the results and determine how different reports impact energy savings. We are committed to analyzing the results of this program so that we can make future Home Electric Reports as useful and effective as possible.
