Why haven’t I received a Home Electric Report recently?
Unless you've opted out of receiving them, Home Electric Reports are sent on a periodic basis, and not always at the same time intervals. They may not arrive every month based on factors such as billing issues or insufficient data needed to generate the report. We aim to send the reports when they will be most beneficial — for example, when the seasons change, to prepare you for changes in weather, which impact your heating and cooling usage.
