My reports (and my comparisons) have changed. Why is that?
Recently, updates were made to our Home Electric Report program. These updates may have changed the comparisons between your home and other homes. This is because in the updates, we re-grouped each customer’s home to improve the comparisons. Chances are you were too efficient for the last group you were in. The updates may have put efficient energy users (potentially yourself!) into groups with other low-use homes. This means your home is being more accurately compared to homes like yours — though the competition may now be a bit tougher!
