Why has my “who am I being compared to” group changed?

Throughout your time in the program, it is possible that the group you are being compared to will change. This may happen for a number of different reasons:

  1. You have updated your home profile by calling our customer service line.
  2. Public records on your home updated their information, which was then passed on to the Georgia Power Home Electric Program and reflected on your Home Electric Report
  3. New customers were added to your comparison group, or new housing developments were built
