Why has my “who am I being compared to” group changed?
Throughout your time in the program, it is possible that the group you are being compared to will change. This may happen for a number of different reasons:
- You have updated your home profile by calling our customer service line.
- Public records on your home updated their information, which was then passed on to the Georgia Power Home Electric Program and reflected on your Home Electric Report
- New customers were added to your comparison group, or new housing developments were built
